How to choose the right heated gloves? - G-Heat

The cold season can be a difficult time for a wide range of profiles exposed to the cold: people who work outdoors, those with blood circulation disorders such as Raynaud's disease, or those who take part in outdoor activities and/or winter sports.

Before going into detail on the technical aspect of our heated gloves, we wanted to highlight the prowess of this innovation for those who might still be skeptical.

Why use heated gloves G-Heat ?

When it's cold, whether you're at work, on the ski slopes or walking in the woods, your hands are no exception. You need to protect them from the outside temperatures that start to drop dramatically with winter. Our heated gloves are your allies in preventing frozen fingers, which are impossible to move and often force you to stay indoors.

Powered by two built-in rechargeable batteries, G-Heat heated gloves deliver gentle, stable, soothing heat to the most exposed areas for several hours. High-quality gloves that can also be used without the battery. A warm, comfortable solution for getting more done, and taking your time!

Heated gloves for every activity

In cold working environments, on motorcycles, bikes, scooters, in vans or even at home, hands are essential to the activity performed. We offer a wide choice of heated gloves. So you can choose a more original or very classic model, depending on your tastes and needs. When should you choose thin gloves?

Ergonomic and with good elasticity, they have been designed to promote touch sensitivity through the glove with a tactile index finger and thumb. They can be used on their own for activities in sheltered but unheated areas, outdoors in moderately cold weather, or as an under-glove in more extreme temperatures.

These gloves are suitable for :

  • When the user needs to be able to maintain his or her precision manual activity (workers in markets or in the refrigeration industry, office workers in cold environments, etc.). Heat is diffused over the entire arch of the foot from below, effectively insulating it from the ground while providing comforting warmth.
  • When the user wants to provide an additional source of warmth to his usual gloves (wool, plastic gloves...) and uses them as under-gloves

Because of their thinness, thin gloves worn on their own are of little use outdoors, as they are not rain- or wind-resistant. They may be suitable for use in moderately cold weather. A good alternative is to opt for heated under-gloves, which can be worn as an under-layer under your traditional gloves for all types of use.

 Advantages :

  • Thin/light/soft and warmer than a conventional glove of the same thickness
  • Perfect for handling

Disadvantages :

  • Limited heating level for outdoor conditions
  • Insufficient for people who are very sensitive to cold or have Raynaud's disease

Preferred use :

  • All predominantly static activities, sheltered from outside weather (wind, rain) and requiring a good level of handling: markets, forklift drivers, handling, shopping, caretaking, gardening, fishing, hunting, unheated or poorly insulated offices or sheds... (not for bicycles).

Technological and technical heated gloves

Whether you choose comfortable or thin heated gloves, you won't be disappointed by the quality of our gloves.

Resistant, water-repellent, breathable and windproof materials and finishes make these technical design gloves suitable for a wide range of uses, even when the battery doesn't need to be activated.

Available in a wide choice of models and sizes, they come in a variety of price ranges, and their value for money is more than competitive with the rest of the market.

When should you choose comfort gloves?

Comfort + heated gloves have been specifically designed for people who are particularly sensitive to cold, such as those suffering from Raynaud's disease and syndrome. Discover our full range of Raynaud's warming gloves for effective relief.

Thicker thanks to an insulating lining, they retain heat better by providing an effective thermal barrier. The temperature quickly rises to over 50° indoors, and remains at over 40° outdoors.

These gloves are suitable for :

  • When the user wants to be able to use the gloves in a wider range of situations: out and about, for shopping, or for domestic use in the home for people who are very sensitive to the cold.
  • When the user opts for warmth at the expense of manoeuvrability.
  • On the other hand, these gloves are thicker and don't allow you to use a smartphone or handle small objects. The gloves are equivalent in thickness to a pair of thick wool gloves.

Advantages :

  • Warm and discreet
  • Perfect for people who are ultra-sensitive to cold

Disadvantages :

  • Thickness not suitable for delicate tasks such as preparing a meal. Not suitable for cycling

Preferred use :

  • Indoor and outdoor activities that do not require precise handling (shopping, walking, etc.).
