Return policy

Your product doesn't suit you? Too small? Too big?


In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions and our returns policy, you have 14 days to retract (refund) and 30 days to make an exchange, from the date of receipt of your package. After this period, no refund, exchange and/or credit note will be accepted.


To be returned to us, your item must not have been worn and/or used and must be returned in its original box with all packaging intact.

Returns of garments that have been washed and/or worn, stained or smelling of tobacco, cooking, perspiration... will be refused.


A product is understood as a whole. Thus, if you have ordered a pack (gloves and batteries for example) and you are not satisfied with one of the components of the pack, or if you wish to exchange it, you must still return the whole pack. G-Heat® reserves the right to refuse and return incomplete packages at the customer's sole expense.


Do not use the box of your product as packaging. You must pack it in a suitable container and return it to us with all the original accessories and packaging.


In accordance with article L121621 of the French Consumer Code, if the returned product has been worn, is incomplete or if its original packaging is damaged (taped or damaged box, or if the product is considered unsaleable in its current state for any other reason), then it cannot be accepted. The customer will then be offered to return the product at his or her own expense.


The customer may be charged for replacing missing or damaged packaging (please refer to our General Terms and Conditions).


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of retraction and/or refund request. G-Heat® will provide a prepaid transport voucher which will be deducted from the refund amount. A flat rate of 7 euros will be applied.


G-Heat® will only bear the cost of return shipping in the event of product exchange for purchases made in France and European Union countries. For countries outside the EU (Switzerland), return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Returns from France and EU countries must be made exclusively with the freight bill provided by G-Heat®.


Returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. Should the returned package and/or its contents be lost in transit or arrive incomplete or damaged, G-Heat cannot be held responsible and no refund or exchange can be requested by the customer.

No returns will be accepted if the request has not been made beforehand via the returns center and validated by our teams.


You have 14 days from the validation of your request by our services to return your product. After this period, no request will be accepted. If, however, the parcel reaches us after this period, the customer will be asked to return it at his or her own expense.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. Your request will be processed within 5 to 7 days for an exchange or refund, and within a minimum of 15 days for an after-sales service. We will also let you know whether your refund/exchange/SAV is approved or refused.

Refund

If it is approved, an explanatory e-mail with a prepaid transport voucher will be sent to you (for France and EU countries only).
As a reminder, the return will be made exclusively at your expense. Your request must be registered within 14 days of receipt of your parcel here, and your parcel must reach us no later than 14 days after our team has validated it. A flat-rate amount of 7 euros will be deducted from your refund, including the cost of the transport voucher provided by G-Heat®.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the parcel, using the same payment method you used to place your order.
It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reach your bank account, depending on the payment provider you chose when you made your purchase.

Exchange or credit note


If approved, you will receive an explanatory e-mail with a prepaid transport voucher (for France and EU countries only).
Please note that your request must be registered within 30 days of receipt of your parcel here, and that your parcel must reach us no later than 14 days after our teams have validated it.

Defective product

All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months.
Excluded from the warranty :

  • Damage caused by improper or abnormal use of our products
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of our products
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance and storage of our products
  • Damage resulting from modification of our products
  • Damage caused by twisting, dropping or abnormal impact of our products
  • Damage caused by sharp objects
  • etc...

Please note any product returned without a request for after-sales service or whose defect is excluded from the warranty will not be processed. If this is the case, the product will be left at the customer's disposal and the return will be at the customer's exclusive expense.


All requests for after-sales service must be made by e-mail to the after-sales service at the following address: cc or by clicking here or directly on our returns center here.


If your equipment requires a physical inspection by our after-sales service, we will contact you by e-mail and provide you with a shipping note by e-mail.


On receipt of your parcel, we will carry out tests to determine the source of the anomaly. All these checks take between 2 and 3 weeks. If we also find the problem you are reporting, we will replace the components or exchange the item and return it to you as soon as possible.

If not, our operator will contact you to obtain more information about the problem.


If our operator finds no fault with your product, the customer will be asked to return it at his or her own expense.

Your parcel must reach us within 14 days of validation of your request. You have 48 hours from receipt of your parcel to notify us of any damaged parcel received (please refer to our General Terms and Conditions).
